It's still on the interwebs and not only Archive.org... V1\m/30 has it, matter of fact I'm grabbing it 1080p there RN because I only saved the 720p version before. As MSTies used to say, let's keep the tapes circulating!! @Yew Zyr - instead of reposting, look into the appeal process... basically, you file a counter-notice asserting fair use, I'm not a content creator but there are tons of tutorials out there detailing the steps involved... fingers crossed this hasn't already been tried and exhausted, the non-commercial, transformative and satirical nature of use is pretty facially-obvious here IMO

thelemonarchive has re-uploaded it and I left a quite angry comment at the official pink floyd account on X somehow the still living members of this band have to be told what is going on, do they approve this? have they become a caricature of their own work? let's make them row back till they allow fan edits with parts of their music. else they are DEAD to me! what a shame that would be. I will upload a lesser quality rip, too!
