White Sparrow Living - Luke 12:6

“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”
-Isaiah 5:20
I think we all knew this season was coming but, for me, it doesn’t make it any easier to watch as the evil unfolds before my very eyes. 😢
Looking for the “messages” (plural-God is a major multitasker! ) in every “mess” has always been a priority in my life and while I’m not privy to the exact view my mom has from Heaven, Jesus’s timing, His mercy, and when He brought her home is not lost on me. 🙏
The world is in utter chaos and blind confusion which is why our prayers are so important right now! 🙏
Romans 12:21 tells us to, “not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good”.
One of the greatest gifts Jesus gave us was His PEACE and activating that evasive fruit can be a challenge if we are not “armored up”!
I’m sure many of us are stirring in our Spirit when we see the blatant mockery and open displays of evil showcased and even praised on virtually every screen we spend our time looking at these days.
But in order to combat this darkness, we have to BE THE LIGHT and that starts within the pages of the Word.
Open your Bibles BEFORE opening your phones. (I’m preaching to myself, too, my friends!) Pray for our families, our country, and our world BEFORE turning on the television. Pray for the lost souls on your screen because they also have a chance for conversion of heart, just like we all did and still do! ❤️
This is just a fraction of what it means to “armor up” and make no mistake, our world IS at war with evil and we are God’s soldiers of Love. ❤️
Pray fervently, pray often, pray with your whole heart, and pray for our enemies.
That’s how we honor and save the Kingdom of God!
Xoxo God is Love! ❤️ Be the Light! 💡

I hear your cry. I ask for prayer because at this same time, my husband is very weak and suffering dialysis due to kidneys destroyed by diabetes. I am losing my mobility and am swamped with his needs and those of our adult autistic son who lives with us. I want to be one who stands.

I couldn’t have said it better! We are in a war against evil. We need to be the light to the world and offer our sufferings to save souls for the Kingdom of God. I pray for peace to everyone here. Without peace there is no confidence and no faith that He saved us! Amen➕🕊️

Please pray for me. I was homeless a few months ago and kept getting turned down on places to rent. I kept praying and believing and God led us to the right home. I'm believing God will help me to be able to pay my rent every month. It's 1400 and I get 1700 month . I am so thankful and grateful for my home. My daughter has not talked to me in almost a year now . I don't know why because we were talking and then she just stopped. I know she is ok because my grandson keeps me informed. Please pray God will touch both of my children's hearts and they will accept Him as their Lord and Savior. I'm a Christian and I know I would not have made it with our Jesus!!! I'm praying for you and your family and everyone that needs Jesus and our country. Thank you so much for your prayers!!! Brenda

Oh Miss Wendy! Yes yes and yes! My family and I are in continued prayer for this nation and the world. Currently in Washington State, the fires and smoke have been almost daily. We prayed as a family the other night regarding the smoke and the fires. And for us to remain healthy from the smoke. Cam says with his pointer finger up .. and says " The Holy Shield" 🤗 I said absolutely! Then my husband shared the story with him about when Jesus calmed the storm. Cam, listened intently, when my husband was talking. Our Cam turned 20 today. He has an intellectual disability. His little mind is so young, about 8 years old. But he understands at his level. Miss. Wendy we are so blessed! We also just had a revival last Fri, Sat and Sunday. Almost 8,000 people! Some of those are already Christians, but others were not. Our city needed it in a big way! Continued prayers for this nation and for the lost to come home to Jesus. Love you Miss Wendy!

I’m so glad God has led me crafter/creators to watch for crafting. Our sermon today was Psalm 56:1-13. Dealing with Stress. God has our back, He is in control and we have the assurance He will never leave us. Guest preacher today. Our pastor has been preaching on exactly what you were saying here. I did not see the event but I’ve seen pictures of that evil mess. It breaks my heart. 🤗❤

I think it was confirmed how we are the light when the lights went out in Paris and the only light came from a church on the hill. It's so important to pray and stay in the Word and close to Jesus. Thank you for always being a beacon of hope and light and reminding us to shine.

I trust in Jesus. America needs to turn to Jesus today and repent of our sins. As the world sins more and more, the darkness gets darker and darker. Thank you for posting about this.

I try to armor up every morning and thank God for all my many many blessings. I pray at 8am and 8pm daily for the peace of Jerusalem, the return of the hostages, the salvation of the Jewish nation, and my lost family members. And I pray as many times as I think to for this country and its leaders, and finally for a “Divine Appointment” to cross my path so I can share the Good News! Thank you for responding to this recent “situation” in the way you did! You are right about what we all need, Jesus, His Word and prayer!
