Mom on the Spectrum

Loneliness can be quite common during the holidays, and if you're currently experiencing this, you're not alone.

Connection Groups are a place where you can connect with other autistic adults weekly around shared experiences like living with chronic pain, parenting with autism, and budgeting our energy.

👉 You can learn more about how Connection Groups work as well as when we meet through this link: momonthespectrum.life/community

Here's what people are saying about Connection Groups:

“This was the most neurodiversity friendly experience I’ve ever had.”
— A.P.

“Being in this group is helping me reclaim a lot of my quirks and qualities that made me happy and were expressions of who I am. ”
— Sarah

“I got a level of validation and acceptance from my connection group that I hadn’t been getting from either my Autism focused therapist or even trusted loved ones. You get to come exactly as you are because it’s a space that is just for autistic voices.”
— Philip

Please let me know in the comments if you have any questions. I'd love to have you in any of the groups, especially during the holiday season as we have a few special social events during this time. ❄️
