My dad died this morning. He was 68. He and my mom just celebrated 38 years together on August 1st. My mom had just returned home when she heard him fall in the shower. When she checked on him, it was bad bad. He was hit with 7 rounds of epinephrine along with multiple hits of electricity but it just wasn't enough. He was pronounced dead at 7:29 am.
I genuinely thought my dad would live forever.
I know we didn't always get along but that doesn't change how much I love him. I can't believe he's gone. Today just can't be real.... π
