I spent the first 35 years of my life in OKC. The transformation of this little big town over the last few decades has been nothing short of astounding. I can remember when downtown OKC was not much more than a spaghetti warehouse. Now, it’s home to NBA champions, and in a few years, we’ll be hosting Olympic events! I remember watching the Pelicans play when we hosted them after the hurricane, and we went to several Thunder games, including many playoff games, and it is just as electric as they say! We haven’t made one since we moved to Tulsa, but I was delighted to watch my hometown from up the turnpike in this post-season. I have more pics, but here are a few from many MANY years ago, including baby Kenna in her spirit gear back in 2013!
