Basically, HoYo-Mix Dropped "Fingertips in the Sea" Album on NetEase Music Recently and somebody already made a GDrive of all the New OSTs in it so shout out to you if ever you're reading this ;D It's all in FLAC format so you won't have to worry about quality.
Seems like it's a CN event where the captains make reviews on each of the OST I guess.
HoYo-Mix might also drop it soon on other music platforms. Idk when though. Some of the tracks are spoilers so yeah.
