StopTheLegalAbuse

To all of our subscribers:

One of the many reasons this channel has not seen an update in several years was to protect the identity of the children and the family portrayed in the video. However, we are pleased to let you all know that no children were ever taken from their parents as a result of the incident in the video. The family did continue to be harassed and endured a lot of struggles - all because they decided to stand their ground when it came to their constitutional rights and this should NEVER have to be the case in America or anywhere else in the free world for that matter. Suspicion does not constitute a crime!

The children in the related "incident" are now grown and the family is no longer being harassed and they are all closer than they have ever been and much stronger for it after going through everything they went through together ranging from the intense mental stress brought on from this "anonymous" report, to judgmental behavior from neighbors seeing the police parked in front of their home on several occasions, to conflicts with coworkers from caseworkers with an axe to grind showing up unannounced to the workplace and causing a disturbance on more than one occasion, to conflicts with friends and family who quickly received word of these allegations and formed their own incorrect assumptions as word spreads fast in a small town, to the comments here on YouTube saying all sorts of disgusting things directed towards the father and family and even death threats.

Another reason you haven't seen an update is because YouTube stopped monetization for the video right as it started to go viral and when we finally received our first check for ad revenue which as you can all imagine, made us quite disgusted with YouTube in general and we sort of gave up on the whole idea of this channel for a while. For that, we sincerely apologize to all of our subscribers who are here to support us and we want to let you all know that we intend to do better.

We have an idea on how to get more content flowing on this channel and we would like your input on whether or not you guys would be willing to help make this happen. We would like to set up a studio for recording/editing more videos covering topics on police/government accountability from other YouTube channels and online sources and we would like to also get out there and join the first amendment auditing community by recording more of our own interactions with police and public servants and putting them here on this channel for everyone to see!

All of this takes money though - money we would have had by now if YouTube did not cut off our ad revenue as that was what we intended to do with these funds anyways. We THINK we may have finally resolved the issues that YouTube had with our channel and we've just joined the YouTube Partner Program as well so hopefully, we'll be able to resolve such issues in a more timely manner in the future.

We have learned not to completely depend on YouTube though so here's what we're proposing: you guessed it - a Patreon page! We don't want to just start one up without getting your feedback first though so please respond to the following poll and let us know if you have any ideas on how you would like to see the membership "tiers" structured, or what kind of rewards you'd like to see, or if you have any ideas in general that you think we might benefit from. We would also like to hear your reasons for not helping us achieve our cause (other than the obvious financial restraints that many of us have in this economy) because we want to learn how we can potentially do better in the future to earn your support!
