Larry Bundy Jr

Hello You! I've had a few comments as of late saying that YouTube isn't informing them of when I upload new videos (which, judging by my most recent video, is clearly true >.>).

I always post on multiple social media sites when I've uploaded new content, so please consider following me on one of those platforms. You can find me on:

🟦 And my own Facebook Group Page: www.facebook.com/groups/GuruLarryFanClub

(Any other suggestions of sites I can jump on to notify you too, please let me know!)

But, thank you again for all your continued support everyone, your lovely comments and kind words have really got me through some tough times as of late, and I can never, ever, thank you enough! Thank you all!

@DaveDuncanMusic

We all saw it. And we were shocked by the lack of "Hello you"....

@Slaraffus2750

I find that Youtubers I watch frequently (those with regular upload schedules) are pushed through notifications, while those with irregular schedules aren't.

@MeCooper

It's been 5 months since YouTube told me you've uploaded. Good job YouTube.

@ElPablomunger

Yes but you forgot to say "hello you" in your most recent video so does anything matter?

Dude it's happening with everyone. Some come in notifications, some come in subscriptions. But YouTube has stopped directly sending me notifications to my phone. Met you at digitizer weekend, you're well funny. Probably more so in real life.

That seems pretty common across YouTube. I mostly only get sent videos from channels I watch daily or multiple videos of in a day. But I actually have received your videos in my recommendations, usually like several hours later or the next day. I think engaging with the channel will make it more likely to see more videos by the same creator the recommendations.

Honestly thought you had stopped uploading. Glad you haven’t.

There may be more too it. Somehow the thumbnail doesn't look like yours. I saw it and scrolled passed.

For me, I suspect it’s because I’ve been watching a lot of different genres than what I used to and your videos unfortunately got lost in the sea of recommended creepypasta and horror content that I’ve been enjoying lately. That being said, I’ll check again and see if I have notifications turned on since I thought I had them already on before now.

I definitely watched the one from a couple of weeks ago, I need to watch the one from a couple of days ago I did see it but I I didn't have time to watch it at the time. I will watch it now actually.

I've seen all your new vids in my subscription feed so far. I don't use any push notifications though. Just the main subscription feed. And I know it stinks to have to do, but remind everyone to select the "all" notifications. It ain't perfect, but it does help.

@CooperDooper38

I almost always see them 2 days later, casually popping up in my recommendations rather than in my notifications as requested. Funny enough, you're one of the few creators I've hit the bell for, but I'll still get people I haven't watched in months notifying me of every upload :/

@jakebake39

Yeah I just noticed that to. No wonder.

I don't know if I've just been blessed by the algorithm gods or whatever... but I never know what people mean when they say YouTube isn't showing them things. I have three simple steps for seeing absolutely everything you are subscribed to, always: 1. Subscribe to a thing you like. 2. Go to the subscriptions page (NOT the recommended page. The SUBSCRIPTIONS page). Every video from the channels you are subscribed to will be there, in chronological order. 3. Click a video and watch it. This method has never failed me and I have never missed anything. If you're not doing this... why? I don't understand Anyway thank you Guru Larry for letting us know where we can get more of you

I've stuck with your content since the days of TGWTG, and I don't plan to stop. Things are a real pain these days with how this type of content is reaches people.

It's hard to distinguish notifications from all the AI generated Tai Chi for old men adverts I get spammed with on a daily basis.
