I was almost in tears.
How I struggled and fought to even
get through the first couple 15 minute sessions.

I think about my life before meditation.
What a undetected & disorderly mess
inside my own mind.

unable to even just sit with myself:
it nearly convinced me meditation was
“not for everyone”…
I had stumbled onto
Deepak Chopra’s & Oprah Winfreys
(yes, I know it seems cringy on the surface*)
21 day ‘perfect health’ meditation challenge
and decided I would see what the mindfulness hype was about.

And 21 trying but liberating days laterI had a massive boost of confidence and a new relationship with myself starting to bud and to flourish.

believe it or not…
Year over year I go back to that program.

And it’s just as powerful and profound every time. Because at every stage of my practice and my life…

There is always a new layer to work on.
