I would appreciate it if you guys would allow videos longer than 7 minutes, because it’s annoying that when I’m making gameplay videos I gotta edit out so many important parts just to meet the standards

I'm trying to do voice over for a video but the video does not play all the way through in Kapwing. It does when exported but then I can't see my timeline for timing. Can anything be done?

Simply add some text to your canvas, highlight the word you want to change, and then use the Font and Text Color options on the right to customize that word's styling. Or to add a Tiktok-style text background, click the entire text box and use the Text Background, Corners and Padding options to adjust the look of your text background.
