Well, considering the fact that it officially opened in May 1931, that disqualifies the 1935, and then there is the construction speed to consider, which removes the yr 1920 by a long shot, and also the 1925, because even then erecting a skyscraper was as fast paced as the city beat! It was 13mos from start to finish, give or take a few days!
