The person who owns that channel is mostly a young child (as privacy settings are enabled on it), so your best bet is to directly contact Youtube to get the handle.

the account is most likely abandoned.. Reach out towards youtube! because on youtube you cant change your handle/name on youtube, i dont know if its a me problem or an actual youtube problem
