The Judge just denied Scott Stark his continuance in Levy County in our case of the Thumbnail 4 for tomorrow (where I am a defendant). Although the case is officially dismissed, we still have an outstanding Motion for Sanctions against Stark (read: Deuce). Stark cited additional health issues so the judge allowed him to appear via zoom. The Judge further Ordered Stark to provide medical documentation proof of his condition. I will be present for the court hearing via zoom. I cannot wait!
