Best: definitely invite only sessions. Worst: long-range weapons and flying cars / bikes. Sniper rifles and mini guns are fun, but should be mission-specific. Would love a lobby where you needed to use petrol stations like cars do irl. Have seen them used on GFREDS and I really do like the concept.

Unpopular opinion: the best thing they added was the Doomsday Heist. Great Co-op gameplay that was actually a challenge, unlike Casino and Cayo Perico which were a cakewalk. Act III Finale was sublime to play with a group of friends. 20 minutes of solid gunfight in a brand new huge interior. There isn’t a mission in the same league. The only reason I can think people didn’t like it was because of the difficulty and they weren’t prepared to invest the time in practicing at it. The worst thing was what they didn’t add: Cops ‘n Crooks All For One from GTA IV (unchanged but for the map). It was a strategic master piece I think now we will never see the like of again.

Best: the casino, all of it, the heist, the story and missions, and the gambling... I mean building and design that went into the interiors Worst: weaponized futuristic vehicles, weaponized RC vehicles, orbital canon, and the bushes on the Cayo Perico island

Best: Up 'N' Atomizer, solo business, the 50 car garage, Random All/ Select races (even though nobody seems to know how to fucking make them and can never find any custom made ones), Zombie survival (even though nobody has made a good enough one in the creator yet), Pavel Worst: Oppressor Mk.II, Orbital Cannon, Jesster RR Widebody, BF Surfer Custom, GTA+ (even though I have it, mainly for the 100 car garage because Im a car collector), Career Tier Challenges, the new catch-up options and catch-up in general, Arena War DLC

Best: Literally the fact we’ve been getting free content for the past 12 years. If I had to narrow it down to a particular thing I would say the stunt race creator. Worst: Probably the introduction of sci-fi vehicles like the deluxo or oppressor. Being able to buy 14 military jets is one thing, but buying a flying car that can shoot missiles is too far fetched

I list my worst and best things from the POV of PVP. Worst things: Orbital Canon, Noobbikes (MK1 and MK2) and THE Noobcar (Deluxo), although THE Noobcar is the most bareable worst thing of the worst things. I also believe blowing up yourself in a fight not affecting your K/D negatively counts too. I bet most tryhards wouldn't do it anymore if it affected the K/D negatively. Maybe Railgun and Explosive Sniper too, but the Railgun is available for every player so it's worse than the Explosive Sniper, although aiming with the Railgun requires more skill. Best things: Akula (with barrage missiles), Hunter, Savage, Raiju, Khanjali, Half-Track, Insurgent Pick-Up (Custom), Toreador (although it's technically a Noobcar too) Juggernaut-Suit, Sparrow, Buzzard, B-11 and Fully Loaded Ruiner 2000 (although it's technically a Noobcar too). I'd say Avenger too but I've experienced the one-shot-bug too often with it recently.

Good: Heist DLC's, Auto Shop/LS car meet/tuner cars, finance and felony dlc, nightclubs and businesses, basically the dlc's that still felt like gta and not some weird sci-fi fast and furious hybrid. Bad: Oppressor mk2, thermal goggles and stuff of the like (cool concept, but too easy to grief with imo) Now, I do think that GTA+ was a good IDEA, I just think they murdered it upon release. But, I still love the game and will continue to play.

Don't know if it counts as it's exclusive to current gen consoles for whatever reason. Pro: the Career Progress. Let me tell you, had this not existed I wouldn't bother playing GTA Online unless there was a DLC. But with the Career Progress feature I am encouraged to play to unlock cool, some unique things. Even tho I know I won't complete all of them. Con: Anti-Griefing policy. A bark with no bite. A policy won't change the tryhards or annoying kids. Fallout 76 has passive mode/friendly fire that actually works. Ik it came out years later, but still.

Best: Freemode Events, Business Battles, Casino Heist, the various businesses we've received over the years Worst: oppressor mk2, orbital cannon, and the plethora of weaponized vehicles that make PVP incredibly unfun. Bonus, Things we should have gotten: Liberty City, NPC Associates/goons, classic missions like firefighter, paramedic, and vigilante. Also San Fiero and Las Venturas? LS got really stale. 11 years with no map expansion or new GTA game is ludicrous.
