Which game series has better storyline than Zelda? For me, I would go with Metroid

I don't think any game has a better story than Zelda, but if I had to choose between these stories, I would definitely choose Metroid.

I don’t really know much about any of these games. The only one I know a bit of is Xenoblade. So I’m going with that one. :)

I haven’t played xenoblade so I can’t say much about it but metroid is peak imo
