Among all of the well-known cases for the reverse version of this trend, there was a young actress in 🇺🇸 who was killed by an obsessed ♂️ fan during the late 1980s. (Cos he personally couldn't tolerate watching her involving in an "Adult" scene with another actor in a movie.)
Within the 1G K-Pop Era, there were many fangirl unnies (within the native 🇰🇷 population) of a 1G K-Pop 👦-Band named H.O.T using a self-proclaimation nickname of "Mrs. Tony Ahn" (or "안승부인" in the Korean Language). [Tony Oppa's 🇰🇷 Birth Name: Ahn Seung Ho (안승호), "부인" means "(Somebody Else's) Wife" in the Korean Language.] However many years after H.O.T's rivalry with another 1G K-Pop 👦-Band named Sechskies have already died down (due to both groups' respectiv, the aforementioned nickname is used by some members of the native 🇰🇷 general public on to a 🖤💎 of Sechskies named Kim Jae Deok Oppa. (Due to both 1G K-Pop Idols becoming longtime roommates with each other until the present era ever since they served military service together during the late 2000s.)
