update: it wasn't the ssd, the hardware i used are basically considered antique by today's standards and cant deal with win11 anymore. so my dumas cant fix it, my brokas cant afford a new pc rn. I'll have to be patient and save up for a less old but surely outdated parts that can actually run rather than walk lol
