So I woke up for the first time motivated in a long time to go through files that I haven’t uploaded and drafts on here that I haven’t uploaded. I was in such a good mood going through things and seeing many things I haven’t shown you guys yet. I went to a folder that contains contents from a lot of tapes that has rare programs from the early 80s to mid 90s. Probably the best lot of tapes I’ve found yet. Some of the contents i’ve uploaded,but a lot that I hadn’t. In the process of transferring the files from one device to another,many of the files became corrupted. I’m just now realizing this years later and no longer have the tapes. To say i’m devastated is an understatement. Spent so much time converting, editing,and naming those files. I got really emotional and i’m still sad. Rare episodes of Y&R from the mid 80s and 90s,Another World,and a lot of other daytime TV that’s not really out there is lost forever. I learned a lesson about moving large files,double checking,and backing things up though. Maybe i”ll still upload some stuff to try and cheer myself up. Leave comments on anything you enjoy.
