I'm blown away how often I come across a complicated problem with software services that have existed for over 10 years that are owned by trillion dollar companies. These services are still difficult to learn how to use.

Do you think it's a tactic? Do you think that by keeping complexity high, it makes customers feel like it's worth more?

Or do you think they just don't care about their users?
