Brittnee Kay

Hello sweet lovers! This is my first community post :) I wanted to ask you guys a question…

I am working on a personal project and have been interviewing aspiring chocolatiers over the past month. I am looking for more people to talk to who:

-are beginners in making artisan chocolates
-feel stagnant in their chocolate techniques and progress
-feel lost at where to turn to improve and continue learning
-OR just feel super excited to learn the art of chocolate making (at any level)

If anyone relates to this I would absolutely love to chat with you for my personal research project. Comment below or send me an email at brittnee@brittneekay.com if you would be willing to chat with me and I’ll give you more info! :)
Or if you want to jump right in you can book a call here: calendly.com/brittneekay/chocolate-chat

Thanks so much! 🤎🤎🤎

I am brand new to chocolate and I'm an aspiring chocolatier with aspirations of opening a shop one day. I am currently enrolled in an online course that cost $750 to become a professional chocolatier, and to be honest, thus far have learned more from your videos.

Like your videos have you used cocoa butter colors on your chocolates. And if so how did they come out?? I have not tried them.

If you are still interested in people to chat with for your project, I’d be interested in helping you. Im a recent retired school administrator who is finding joy in learning more about making and designing chocolates.
