I've had a couple of serious ER visits from bike crashes in my life, so I know how some of those moments can be surreal but vivid at the same time. I wish you a complete recovery.

Yes!! We are very interested in your experience. All of it. Please share when the time is right for you. You are highly intelligent and very articulate. It’s always a pleasure to listen to you. I hope you are feeling better and have a good recovery plan in place. Don’t forget: diet/food/nutrients are so important right now as is rest! Get as much sleep as you can. We love you Sarah.

Glad to hear it all went well. What a story you have to tell now. As you are recovering and climbing the walls, are we in for a whole new level of sass? I kind of hope so

Definitely here for story time but only if you truly want to share. Heal fast and be well!

That sounds promising - hoping it's smooth sailing from here for you! Definitely want to hear the stories, when you're ready. Painkillers can be so weird; the one they put me on after spinal surgery made me so uncomfortable, even the pain was better... Good luck!

Sarah Does Sass
Successful surgery last night, got myself some new hardware! It looks like I am getting discharged today. So many comments I have to get back to, but I have read through so many and appreciate all of the well wishes and kind words!
It's been an "interesting" couple of days and I am looking forward to some peace and quiet. But I do have probably one of the most unique tales to tell out of the experience. 😂 From a car throwing a deer carcass at me, to a Ketamine trip on an ambulance, to a woman shouting "call 911" and running away from nurses at 7 AM and now a woman screaming at her doctors for trying to treat her wounds...
If you guys are interested, maybe I'll make a story time video about it the next week or so 😁
