It is an empire as told in Daniels prophecies. It is also the man who rules this empire (Rev 13) with the false prophet at his side. “I have come in My Father’s name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, him you will receive.” Perhaps this is who Jesus is alluding to in John 5:43.

I believe the Beast, the Antichrist, and the "man of sin" are all referring to the same, literal person.

Revelation 5:6 “And I beheld, and lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.” How would this be interpreted since it’s in reference to the Lord Jesus Christ? And then we have a reference to the beast, Revelation 13:2 “ And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and…” John used the word “like” so maybe it’s not literal? How are these scriptures to be interpreted when we know the Lord Jesus Christ became flesh as a man but in Revelation 5:6, how He’s described is interested. I don’t want to misinterpret so I’m still not sure if it is literal or not

The Greek word used is “therion” which means a “savage or brutal man, wild beast or even diety” . Possibly it could be all of those including a diety. The earth will be a very different place or some very different visible signs and occurrence. I mean there will be 2 witnesses who can blow fire from their mouths and stop rain, of course there is going to be a diety of some kind charming the world. I doubt we can even imagine what it be like. God says “like no other time the earth has ever seen”. The earth had giants and fallen angels before, this period is even going to top that.

Everything is spirit who cares about the rest? We battle not against flesh and blood. Go understand what is spirit and you will see that's all you need to know

That question is already answered by the scriptures. The reason Christians are confused is because Christians do not possess the spirit of prophecy which is only given to the elect who guard the holy covenant. That is what makes the elect, proper obedience. Something most of you will have to learn the hard way in the great distress.

The Door
Due to recent power outages due to storms, our servers are down at No Greater Joy. That being said, Mike's latest video 'Who is the Beast of Revelation' will be uploaded at a later time.
As soon as our power is back up, the video will go live.
We apologize for the delay.
But while we are waiting, do you think the description of the Beast is symbolic, or describing a literal person? What reasons from scripture lead you to that decision?
