Btw, if anyone wonders why when I’m communicating back and forth with someone online and I might be rude or offensive, it’s because whenever I’m in a argument I have a panic attack 😅 I’m not fully sure if it’s panic attacks since it happens so much, but my heart goes faster and my body starts shaking, I panic and get frightened. So to those who wonder why I might come off rude or offensive, it’s because I’m very easily triggered.
