Anyway, again an average mob in modded Minecraft should be at least Universal+ due to all the modded wank (weak bosses killing Bill Cipher and Cthulhu, multiversal lore, Apotheosis Prowler, a buffed miniboss in a mod buff addon 1 hit KOing Creative Steve, literal Satan, the Titans 1 hit KOing creative Steve, casual bedrock breakers, J'zahar being able to casually banish Witherzilla, Witherzilla fighting every god in fiction for a long time and still winning, Dimensional Administrator banishing stuff by strutting, the headhunter having modded Steve as 694th on his list, multiple SCPs like SCP 173 and 682 getting killed by average illagers, more multiversal wank, etc.).
