Team Size: 14
Goal: The goal of Synchrony AI is to give investors and traders investment clarity through consensus by combining data, valuation models, and insights into one clear view of the true value of any asset, whether it is stocks, ETFs, Mutual/Index Funds, Foreign Exchange, bonds, crypto, or real estate.
We’ve finished building and validating our backend stock valuation models, completed the wireframe for the website, and are now focused on refining the UI/UX. The chatbot and animations are completed.
Features in place or coming soon: • SEC filings: 10-K, 10-Q, 13F Institutional Investor Trading Activity, Form 4 Politician trading activity • Valuation models: Accurate DCF, Piotroski F-Score, Red/Green Flag Indicator, Lynch & Graham models • Live stock data & news feed (with sentiment analysis, Scoring & Determining Undervalued Opportunities ) • Macroeconomic indicators for risk-on/risk-off insights (tariffs, inflation rates, interest rates) • Portfolio tools with curated portfolios powered by the Synchrony Score • Hidden Gems: exclusive research highlighting the best stock opportunities
And this is just the start. Once all models are live, we’ll use AI and ML to train the data on input assumptions. More accurate input assumptions lead to more accurate DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) output Valuations and smarter valuations every day.
Next Summer, we will begin building Real Estate Valuation Models!
