You look great! I eat plant based too ๐๐ But if youโre looking to gain healthy weight here are some foods that can help. Not that you asked lol Avocados Bananas Coconut milk Rolled oats Dates Nuts like snack on them like thereโs not tomorrow haha Nut butters Peanut butter ๐ Sweet potatoes Rice Drinking some calories can help If you have a small appetite. Like having smoothies, one in the morning & one at night you can make it calories dense by adding bananas & oats. I actually add avocados to my green smoothies, makes it creamy avocados are high calorie fruits These are all healthy foods That will help to Make your meals more calorie dense, try to eat more calories than you burn. I wouldnโt do too much cardio if trying to gain weight weight lifting ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ is good. You might see bloating at the end of the day which is normal considering youโre bulking or eating more than us

Can you do videos on what you eat during your weight journey? Iโm currently on one and thinking of going plant based/vegan but I donโt want to lose weight. But I also donโt know where to start in terms of recipes/meals to actually gain weight.
