It’s hard to think about betrayal in the context of marriage. Especially when you’re not even married yet. Makes me not even want to get married.

Yes I have pondered all of these questions. Praying for most of my marital issues has helped. Submitting to my husband speed of decision making was huge. Praying for good s*x was a big one (God sees all anyways), instead of nagging- I give my concerns to God and if it’s His will my hubby all of a sudden thinks it’s his idea which confirms that my prayers were answered because the Holy Spirit prompted the change in my hubbys heart and habit. Helps that I’m equally yoked. I married a prayer warrior and feel in love with a man of faith not monetary fortune. Because I KNOW GOD IS MY PROVIDER AND MY PROTECTOR- not a mere mortal. The Lord gets the highest seat of honor and worship and TRUST.

Handling differences, resolving "conflict" in a healthy way (differences x teamwork x submission), making decisions together as a team!!!!! The individual heart posture required in me to do each of these well... love is not self seeking!
