35 No longer a child and in top form at all levels (physical, mental). There's no such thing as forever though ... but it would be amazing if I could remain in a youthful state for hundreds or thousands of years.

This question doesn't really make sense. Surely the answer is just as fit and healty as possible. I don't think once we reach that stage, the concept of age and aging will mean much. Aging is just enropy. A bit like what happens when we don't do the basics to take care of yourself. It's like asking someone who has been unable to take a shower their whole life "if you could be at any level of hygine, how clean would you like to be?". The question wouldn't make sense. Well, ok, it does. Just not in any meaningful context. Longevity medicine is just a tool that hasn't been created yet. When it is, people will just use it without giving it much thought in the same way we take showers without giving it much thought.

The weird thing is that I keep looking younger and younger since my late 40s. I'm not sure why. I am trying lots of different health interventions. My youth was spent in a terrible state of ill health. My health started to improve in my 40s.
