@lauraschermeister

How many pieces of one design did you make before you were able to make them consistently the same size and shape? I’m a beginner and it’s hard to imagine making five cups that look the same.

Any glaze buckets storage/ maintenance tips? Should they be stirred/sieved every other month? Or kept out of sunny (or dark) spots in the studio? Opened an old glaze bucket recently to see something which looked like mold or fungus in it 🤢

Im a beginner, and I don’t sell any piece yet. However, it’s so hard to progress with the tests in the area where I live without a kiln. The studios are not really able to share and I don’t know any other place. I also don’t own a car. Is it worth it to buy a small kiln? How easy is it to sell if needed? When did you buy your first kiln?

@Simonesayshi

Ive been doing pottery for about two years now and am thinking old getting a formal education in ceramics. I’m still doubting whether I can’t just do it on my own… Do you think it’ll be worth it?
