Wall-E, one of the few good Clankers out there, also Mumen Rider deserves a mention

The Doom Slayer. There’s nothing, and I mean NOTHING evil about him. Only good intent, even if it’s shown through violence.

Obi-Wan Kenobi, even through all that strife, he tried until the very end to save and protect those around him, the true best Jedi

Mumen Rider from One Punch Man. Guy is literally just a dude on a bike and gets beaten to near death every time yet he keeps going for the hope of everyone else. He is the best character in One Punch Man and the most morally pure

Doom slayer, locked himself in hell willingly thinking he would be there for all eternity for the sake of humanity

I mean, it has to be, by his very nature, Superman. He not only represents hope, but the thing that makes his entire character so interesting is when you put him, a morally good man, into grey area situations. If there ever was a fictional being I'd trust to do the "morally right thing" no matter what, it'd be Superman.

tanjiro from demon slayer, I mean he felt bad for the demons, which says a lot considering what his job is

Captain America. He's got good guy mentality and morals to the point of stupidity sometimes

Kuma from One Piece and Jonathan from JoJo should definitely be up there
