Wow!

When the sons of God presented themselves before God, the Devil was right there with them and Job suffered at his hands. This supernatural, spiritual oppression is so overwhelming, four aged men sit in dumbfounded silence for a WEEK! The devil is THE oppressor. - Job 1 and 2.

At the last supper, when Jesus fellowshiped with His disciples, the Devil was right there with them - presenting himself before the Lord with the sons of God! - Luke 22:3; John 13:27 - Then, these beasts of the field surrounded and mocked the Lord Jesus Christ while He bore our sins on the cross - Psalm 22 - The devil is THE traitor.

When we enter into the Lord's presence and present ourselves before Him: the sons of God! - The devil is right there with us, desiring to sift us as wheat - Luke 22:31 - Hmmmm, what is the part that falls through the screen and is collected? careertrend.com/how-does-4925686-farmers-sift-whea…

God uses the devil as a tool to break us loose from the stalk of the world. It then involves an intense physical separation of the good, edible wheat from the useless chaff with the wind (a type of the Holy Ghost) blowing it away in the winnowing process. Judges 3:1-4; Amos 9:9; Isaiah 30:28.

John 8:44 - the devil is THE murderer of the sons of God! - Judges 9; Job 15:20

We MUST be partakers of the Lord's suffering in order to be conformed to His image!

[2 Timothy 1:8] Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: **but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;**

[Hebrews 5:7] Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; [8] Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; [9] And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

[Romans 5:3] And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; [4] And patience, experience; and experience, hope: [5] And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

Nicole and I have discussed suffering at length. We all have to make a choice whether to limit ourselves and pretend we're victims OR learn to suffer properly - *learned he obedience...* - like Jesus did.

"Suffer the way back home, to that precious tree of life!" Whoo! Amen!

And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness...

*Bitter herbs* were required for Passover - why?
Exo. 1:14
Bitter Herbs - Exo. 12:8; Num. 9:11
We SHALL suffer - Acts 14:22
Tribulation, suffer and trial are all synonyms.

There's a progression!

Perfect = No Blemish

Perfecting = Sanctifying/Mending the Nets!/Finishing

Perfectly = Completely

Perfected = Finished

Perfection = Fulfillment/Fully Ripe (Fruit!)

Compacted = Knit - Col. 2:2
