"I remember taking the before photo, and I literally cried my eyes out. I hadn't taken many photos because I knew I gained a significant amount of weight, but I didn't know it was THAT MUCH! Enough was enough, and I did what I had to do. At that time I was 47, and I was like oh great, I'm gonna be eligible for AARP by the time I lose what I desire. But with hard work, and consistency, I proved to myself it could be done at any age! About to be 49 in August BTW."- Chudney Em Tee

Wow—thank you for sharing this so openly. 🥹💪 You are living proof that it’s never too late to take back your power and rewrite your story. The strength, courage, and determination you’ve shown is inspiring beyond words. Can’t wait to celebrate 49 with you and all the goals you’re still crushing! 👏🔥✨

Sis, I'm in the same boat. I'm 45 and am tired of all my weight gain. You just encouraged me so much by your testimony. I will start and keep consistent. Thank you

@Justeenia

I'm 43 and your videos are actually getting me to workout for the first time in my life. Other classes make me feel less than because I can't follow complicated choreography and I give up. With your videos I can just have fun instead of learning how to become a dancer to just workout. Plus, the happy vibes help 💙

Looks like you've lost years in age, along with weight. Well done! Being 47, while looking early thirties in the before, and early twenties in the after; just pure magic. <3

49 where!!!! You did that! Very very inspired! I’m 38 with back to back babies and it’s been so hard to loose my mom pouch. I cry a lot about it. But I know I just need to work harder. Thanks for inspiring me

I’m so glad to see this. I will be 48 in July and I’m working on myself as we speak. My problem is consistency and self control with food 🙁
