Ren gets a bit famous and a bit wealthy and instead of buying fast cars and bling he puts money into creating a hub to help others. Says all you need to know about him really and perhaps proves the authenticity we have all felt pouring from his music. Good luck with The Sanctuary ❤

As a trained trauma counsellor and a chronic health patient of 20+ years, this community driven healthcare model is exactly what is missing,. Thank you Ren 👏👏👏❤️

I’m a student nurse in the UK, almost registered. Ren has opened my eyes to a heartbreaking undercurrent of overlooked patients. I’m constantly mentioning him and his story to my fellow students and NHS medics I meet, hoping it’ll awaken in them an awareness of the habitual negligence and consistent dismissal of people in desperate need of a voice. This clinic is a beautiful achievement and testament to Ren’s unwavering kindness and generosity. His suffering didn’t make him bitter, it made him resilient and wise beyond his years and now he’s changing his little corner of the world and leaving it better. I’m so happy for the patients this will help. Finally having the compassion and understanding that Ren and so many others were denied when they needed it most. Well done to Ren and everyone involved in this. ❤️🩹 Big love

Ren, I’m a retired NHS doctor, and can confidently tell you that what you are suggesting is GENIUS! The kind of safe holding space that you describe os exactly what people with chronic illnesses require and benefit massively from. I hope that your own health difficulties are easing up a bit, and keep making your great, innovative music xxx

I am a psychologist who loves your work and loathes how honest and accurate your commentary is about my field. I have joined the renegades! I hope to never be the type of professional portrayed in sick boi and discussed by many of your followers. I will follow this project eagerly to support and to learn how I can improve my practice by following what you are doing here. The best practitioners (and parents) are those who listen to patients (kids) Please keep up your wonderful work in music & community. You are an inspiration to me and to so many.

If ever there was an example of “Be the change you want to see in the world”, you are it Ren. From personal experience you’ve identified a critical gap in health provision, and are looking to fill it. Apart from the impact it will make in your own community, it has the visionary potential to be a beacon of good practise for health provision across the country, and I hope that NHS England notices and that some studies can be set up to assess the impact that The Sanctuary has on the recovery of its clients vs those who don’t have access to such a resource. That you have found the personal energy and motivation to do this Ren, when your own energies are compromised, is inspirational. X

Ren needs to release a lo-fi beats soundtrack that will run as the background music for The Sanctuary.

Ren made me cry again. Just imagining having a place built in the light of knowing what doesn’t work bc YOU’VE BEEN THERE!! A place built by the patients. I love that so much!! Ren is such an amazing example of how adversity & pain can build a leader. The kind of leader the people need anyway. I wish we had a place like that here (for the non-wealthy)

As someone who has lived with a severe chronic illness since birth, and who now depends on dialysis, I just want to say thank you, Ren. Everything you create reaches a part of me that’s been through so much pain and exhaustion. You’re not just an artist — you’re a voice for those of us who fight silent battles every day. Through your words and your music, you’ve given me hope, comfort, and the strength to keep going. I can’t wait to meet others who understand what it’s like to live this way. Because of you, I finally feel seen — and for that, I’ll be forever grateful.

Well I didn't expect to be tearing up this early but omg Ren! You're an amazing young man and I have nothing but the upmost respect for you. I'm a former nurse now riddled with a few health conditions and I know how these chronic illnesses can shut you off from being able to or even just wanting to be around others. I hope The Sanctuary breathes another life into those able to participate. Much love and respect from Scotland ❤

Seeing someone use their success not for luxury or appearance, but to build something that truly helps others, is rare and beautiful. “The Sanctuary” isn’t just a clinic — it’s a place of hope, created for those who struggle every day with illness, loneliness, and the feeling of not being understood. It moves me deeply to see such a human project come to life. Those who have known pain understand how precious it is to feel seen, heard, and welcomed. Turning one’s own experience into a place of care and community is an act of true greatness

Ren
For anyone interested in the UK clinic we will be opening - things are all moving in the right direction - has taken longer than expected as is the case when opening health clinics as we want to do everything in the best, safest, and most effective way possible - and we also want the space to look great, which it definitely will.
The location - soul behind it, and space we are building for the community is going to be something incredible, will be posting an in depth video on it toward the end of November/begining of December with a first peak at the space, an in depth dive into the mission of what we are trying to achieve - along with the first community spaces we will be holding and facilitating for people struggling with physical and mental health while the clinic is being set up - its so important for me to create spaces where people do not feel alone - where they can feel seen - heard - and can make friends when dealing with loneliness from chronic illness
I believe what we can offer is something lacking in the private medical space - a space that will never be primarily motivated by profit - but motivated by the the soul purpose of giving people a reason to live. So many of you have relayed how much having a digital space where they can meet people who can relate to them has helped them over the years and we want to bring that to the real world while also simultaneously offering very practical interventions which can help manage symptoms of chronic health issues across the board - were building an incredible team - covering many different bases - want to be a resource of a wealth of cutting edge information - but most importantly - provide a community space where people don't feel dismissed, or in a conveyor belt like system, and that doesn't feel overly clinical or depressing
From years of having my own health problems i feel i've learned the things that are missing, from creating environments that dont feel sterile, to comfort, and ways to build your own support networks that you can build and take with you even after you've left. Small example - in waiting areas I have decided to implement a badge system - if you wear a green badge it means - come chat to me - so you can make friends with others visiting the clinic - blue badge means i don't want to talk right now - because sometimes symptoms can flare and you just want to be in your own world - same with the group therapy sessions we will be running - these will be a space to either listen to others stories to help you feel less alone - or share your own in a judgement free environment - i truly believe one of the biggest things lacking in health care is community - just being held by a group of people who want the best for you can be one of the most healing elements - meeting others with their own struggles can be a great way to compare what is and what isnt working - can be the birth place of opportunities you never thought possible - and can be the difference between life and death
Also I'm proud to reveal the name - The sanctuary :)
Watch this space!
