This is a teenager who existed as an immortal in a reality where a few seconds in our time was decades to centuries in that. She only has the ability to understand infinity. The Vampire Queen on the other hand had a thousand years to learn and develop her powers and abilities, got rid of them and got them back over a few days. Marci wins this hands down with the regeneration alone.

She can eat the souls of monsters such as vampires and gain their unique abilities. Includes invisibility, shape-shifting, and flight. She has a large battle axe that doubles as a bass. She is a child of the Mushroom War, a cataclysmic event that wiped out most of Ooo's population. Has fought against the embodiment of Chaos and Discord. But y'know, morty with prep time.
