I work on Turnkey video switchers. One of our clients is the NSA. The vast majority of time with other customers if they have an issue and they have the right coverage, we simply do what’s called an advanced exchange meaning we shipped them a B stock unit or new unit depending on the situation and they ship us back the defective so that it can be reused for another customer after it is repaired. Oh no, not the NSA they have a special deal with my company where they take it outside and incinerated regardless if it’s just a bad GPU that needs replacing they incinerate that entire motherfucker.
