If I’m not mistaken the R7 and R8 have a similar price. That considered when would you pick the R8 over the R7 and vice versa? (ie. when upgrading from a Rebel SL3, what would you consider?)

If you had to start from scratch and you only had to get either an r8 with a nifty fifty 1.8 or an l lens upfront and get a cheaper body like an r50 or rp? Considering opportunity cost and depreciation

I don’t have a question about the camera, my concern with Canon has been reasonably priced glass! So much so that I’ve sold off my entire Canon kit. Currently shooting with a Fuji X-H2S!! I’m waiting to see your thoughts on this body. I my opinion it matches or exceeds the R5!!

Unrelated but going forward is there ef lens era dead? Would it be worth it to invest in ef lenses paired with the excellent af from the new rf cameras? It would it be better to bite the bullet and suffer the empty wallet pains now
