Hey man! I have a suggestion for you- play the voice at a slightly faster playback speed. When it’s slower and sped up it kills your watch time while when it’s faster and some slow it down then it’ll increase said watch time. I like your channel, so I’d love to see it grow. Increasing that watch time (to my understanding) is key to getting the algorithm to recommend your videos more often and higher up. Again, love the channel, have a great day and good luck!
