Well, Happy Fat December Traffic to you! I imagine the growth will continue. Too bad about Bowie; especially after they led you to believe it was specifically fixable. More frustration. And too bad about Melanie. Was looking forward to it. I like to like things. Both those, quite different, artists made their own creative, genuine stuff. That is what I want. Thanks for trying! Have a great year. See you!

Thank you so much! I wondered if you had the episodes of The Beat Room with Kim Fowley?

Hey man. I've got a few VHS tapes of all the T in the Park coverage from 97-99. Absolutely amazing stuff and most of it isn't on YouTube, although I think your channel has the odd bit. Was just wondering if you stick this stuff online, do you immediately get blasted for copyright stuff or is it generally ok?

your music teacher sounds like an unpleasant human being. also, how often does youtube block your uploads? and is there any possibility you could release the full david bowie concert video somewhere else? I love david bowie and would very much appreciate the opportunity to watch it.

Well it's 2024, I never imagine getting here. 50 years ago, my school music teacher told my class that by the year 2000 there would be no oil left and because of that there would probably have been a nuclear war and we would all be dead, which made me wonder why she was so insistent on us learning to sing "Kumbaya, my Lord" π€£ I hated that song with a passion, still do. π Anyway, I'm rambling, back to this channel. So here's the stats for December, which was the best month this channel has had so far, 2.6 Million views in December π and just shy of 48 Million views in total, if the channel continues like this, then it should be about 70 Million views this time next year. So a big "Thank you" to all who watched, commented and shared, as the things you do are what helps this channel grow and I really do appreciate it.Β
David Bowie.. Well David never made it to this channel, last week I dug out the Hi8 Master tape of David at the Phoenix festival in 1997, got it uploaded, did the thumbnail / icon image, gave a preview to the few people on my Patreon account, but the moment I made it public it was blocked by Google outright, as was the next concert I uploaded and released from Melanie, which some might say was not such a bad thing π
So what's coming in 2024, well I really have no clue, so hang onto your seats it's gonna be a bumpy ride through rock n roll history.
