Marriage Kids and Money

I get easily overwhelmed by distracting news online.

YouTube has been really tough for me lately. Recently, I hit "Not Interested" on many videos that popped into my "Home" page, which helped a lot.

Does anyone else have tips or tricks to better curate your YouTube recommendations?

I sometimes delete my browsing history and start over so that I'm getting different options from the algorithm.

I think it helps to realize: * The media (including YouTube) are often wrong in their interpretation. Sometimes they are wrong in their facts too. * The media have to sensationalize in order to get clicks. Clicks are way more important than truth. It also might be helpful for the algorithm if you're watching more "calming" media. For example you could subscribe to YouTube channels that are focused on hobbies, simple living, nature, etc.
