I've been listening to your music since I was 14. I'm 33 now. This is truly the end of an era for me. I have nothing but love for your music and I'm so grateful to you all for the world you've created, all the soundscapes crafted that mean so much to me. You've always been my comfort band and I know I'll always have that space within your music, that safe haven. From the bottom of my heart: tusind tak, Mew.

I have been listening to Mew for about 10 years now since my brother introduced me to it while on a road trip when I was 11. Your music has been a big part of my childhood and will continue to be a big part of my life. I wish you all the best.

You are my savior during my teenage years. Your music helped me through so many phases of adulthood 🥺 I wish you all the best, sincerely. I'm just lucky I can see your performance in Jakarta

Discovered you around 2016 when Silas the Magic Car randomly popped up in my Spotify playlist. Thank you so much for your music.

I was hoping that the announcement was going to be a new album finally, but alas... :( If nothing else, I suppose this will allow them to go out on a high note & on their own terms.

I’ve been an American listening to you for 20 of your 30 years. I’m so thankful for the work you’ve done. Your music is able to evoke feelings that are delicate, layered, nuanced all very elegantly. I’ll miss the anticipation of more of Mew, but look forward to hearing the new travails.

I only discovered Mew about a year ago and became obsessed with their music. I had hoped to see them live someday but alas I'm in the US and probably cannot attend these shows. I really hope these guys continue to make music even if it's not together as Mew. They are so talented.

A sad moment for all Frengers the world over. I had hoped for some good news, but alas, this marks the end. I wish Jonas, Silas and Johan all the best and will keep my eyes out for what they do next and will hope and pray one day for a reforming that includes Bo. But we will always have the music and the memories. All the best guys. You gave us all so much!
