I love all of this stuff but you know what NO ONE explains how to ‘shift’ your energy or raise it up? How? I mean yeah you can go out in nature, meditate, do something you love etc but how do you keep your vibe high? Mine crashes down most of the time like it’s being dragged into a black abyss, but that’s just me. I’d love to know how these ‘experts’ stay so positive that’s the secret I’d like to know because right now I feel like throwing myself under a bus.
