Expedition 33 is shaping up to be one of my favorite RPGs of all time. Great characters, challenging yet rewarding battle system, amazing music, and a very philosophical story. It was very refreshing to play after ff7 rebirth which I have mixed feelings about. Weapons was a solid movie as well.

expedition 33. good story, good gameplay, good soundtrack. 50$ instead of 60. it seems to be a common theme, high quality games that are actually worth 70-80$ sell for 50-60 and pure slop that isnt worth 20 sells for 70-80.

I watched Frieren this year. Apothecary Diaries was also good, but that one will have a bad ending because the Mangaka hates what her editors made her do. I keep hearing from IRL friends that K-Pop Demonhunters was good, but i haven't watched it yet.

K-pop Demon Hunters and Expedition 33 are some of the highlights. But I'm not sure if it's your taste. My personal favs for 2025 Anime is Dandadan and Gachiakuta as well but once again I don't know if it fits your taste. Maybe "Sword of the Demon Hunter: Kijin Gentōshō" might be up to your alley?

Found a working version of NFS: Most Wanted from 2005 this weekend and was having a genuine blast so far. I don't even bother looking at new games anymore, just playing the things that I grew up on.

I don't know about this year, but Wuwa, Genshin, Nikke, Helldivers 2, Tarkov, X4, Elite Dangerous, Icarus, Palworld, and Elin are in my rotation. I also "play" Star Citizen, but more out of obligation than anything else I don't bother with movies, but Webtoons are great. Check out The Greatest Estate Developer.

F1 and Weapons were great. I liked Naked Gun as well, if people wouldn't be looking at it through nostalgia glasses it might be on par with the old ones. We got one of the best video games of all time this year - Expedition 33.

That Frenchy French RPG is great. You even get a stereotypical French striped shirt with baguette on his back. You could review foreign stuff,too. Or anime but I am always behind on anime since I wait. I also heard The Naked Gun was a nice simple comedy.

Lack Of Entertainment
Man, it feels like nothing that came out in 2025 is actually good. I really wish I could get into a tv show, a movie or a video game so that I may have something to review / do a let's play, but it just feels like there's nothing.
Am I missing something?
