A funny trope I think that would be fun to explore in RPG's are in turn based ones like Final Fantasy when they give you a timer to get out of a certain place yet the timer doesn't pause for cutscenes or the party wants to take time to celebrate they took out a grunt when they are in danger of dying from a timed event lol. As for sequences out of events I find that funny as well. Not only happens in RPG's though. Happened to me recently with Jedi Survivor where I explored an area then later returned story wise and Cal acted all surprised lol. Or even with games like Grand Theft Auto a youtuber called Call Me Kevin just played through San Andreas. He didn't finish a sequence of some missions and proceeded to finish the story. He then went to finish the remainder of the missions and the characters were talking as if the rest of the game hadn't happened yet lol.

Goat-on-a-Stick
So many things to poke fun at in RPGs, it's hard to avoid this genre. I guess my next video is an unofficial sequel to my chain quest video, in a way, but pokes fun at the way some games are able to have events out of sequence.
