It was one of my favourite series in the New 52 and was my first introduction to a lot of these golden age heroes. It gave a fresh, new start to the DC universe, similar to what the Ultimate universe did for Marvel Comics.

Started off really interesting and a fun twist, but then it dissolved into a convulted, inconsistent and endless splash page mess page mess after James Robinson left the book

A fascinating reinvention of classic characters that's hamstrung by constantly dealing with world ending cataclysms.

So many things started happening at one point it ended up feeling like the last season of GOT

A great run for the Justice Society. Them being the next generation instead of the first in this version of Earth-2 was fascinating

This was easily one of my favorite new 52 series. I definitely felt some fatigue reading it after convergence but overall easily top five new 52 for me.

Wish this take on Earth 2 was still canon, I actually really enjoyed parts of this series

Underrated as hell, such a fantastic series to get into when I was starting comics I had so much fun with it

Felt that Robinson should have been allowed to go through with his plans for the series

Promising start that just turned into a misery-fest. That Green Lantern got me into comics.

I honestly loved the designs for most of the heroes in this run. Genuinely some of my favorites ever put to page from Dr. Fate to Superman (Val-Zod) and Alan Scott Green lantern just to name a few.

It was a fun reimagining, I liked seeing characters I knew from the past (and other characters I’d never read before) teaming up and forming a new justice team away from the legacy of the trinity

I love the new concepts on the characters. Wish we could’ve seen more from the Trinity in this universe and Val-Zod being more fleshed out.

Solid comic that had a lot of cool reimagining’s on classic characters

Honestly, I enjoyed this series. I found it unique from the beginning to Convergence. Going into Earth 2 Society, it took a minute, but ended up being a good read as well. I had every volume collected at one point, but had to sell them off. If you're thinking about doing a video on this series, go for it. One of my favorite alternate DC Universes that I always felt is seriously underrated.

The series started as a great reimagining of the original Earth-Two. Taylor stepped up in a big way when Robinson bowed out, but World’s End and Convergence were a mess that threw things off course. Abnett tried to get some consistent world-building during the Society series, but never quite got past the “next big bad” phase.

I'm sure I'd have a nicer time revisiting the Robinson portion, but I do not have fond memories of this run or the N52 era especially with how muddled it was to read this back to back with Future's End and Convergence.
