🔥 High Intensity – Two Sections


You’ll spend 15 minutes in each section. There are 5 exercises in each section, and you’ll complete two circuits of each. It’s not quite non-stop, but it certainly has that feel!



Expect to use heavier weights than usual to push yourself a little further. Aim for an **RPE of 13–14**, peaking at **RPE 15** for some exercises – even I have to adjust what I do!

You’ll get hot and breathless at times without jumping around, so keep an eye on your RPE throughout.
