If you have purchased an extended video from me on the Gumroad app and have had problems accessing your video, this was 100% my fault!!! I have been working with Gumroad support and they identified that I was uploading the videos to the wrong place in the application. I've have edited ALL of the extended videos that I have on Gumroad and they now each have the "content" in the correct location, so it should show up in your library. Please be sure you are trying to access your video through the same email that you paid and logged into for Gumroad. I am so sorry for this inconvenience and as I said, this was 100% my error.
I've just edited two and a half weeks of work in a couple of hours and I have double checked those edits, and it looks good on my side. If there is one that I missed, where the video is still not showing up in your library, please let me know below in the comments. Thank you and thank you for mostly Capricorn's complaining about this so that I could find the error! 😂
