I see much more every day practical use in being the strongest rather than being the fastest.

I can train for strength, control what I have. But speed is exceptionally harder to train.

So the question isn’t about superpowers yall.. The question is essentially who would you rather be, Hafthor Bjornson (The Mountain) or Usain Bolt.. The answer should be obvious then.

I'm more interested in being strong. I'm trying to workout three times a week at least. Hopefully I can start building muscle once I get into a pattern.

Being 6’6 and 250lbs, I’d choose strength any day of the week, if I wanted to achieve that type of strength now I’d have to sacrifice flexibility, speed, endurance and cardio. If I could gain that strength without changing my frame I’d be a significantly better fighter, especially since I’d be able to cut 40lbs without losing any strength at all.

Y'all are goofy if you'd rather run fast than be physically strong. You can use strength quite often, how often do you really need to run fast in regular life?

Slow and steady wins the race, and if you're putting an extra 500lbs on your back then that's good too.

I’ll take the speed and have one of the greatest multi sport careers of all time. Olympic track and field legend and pro bowl football player.

Depends… does my body physically change to match my new abilities? If a choose strength. Will I swell up so big that I can’t wipe my ass? If I pick speed, will I just be a physical Bolt clone that can run just barely “faster” than him?

Probably strength as my wife isn't that impressed with how fast I arrive 😉

I voted speed. But it made me wonder about a few things If I have strength would my endurance stay the same as it is now? It would kinda suck if I could hit hard, lift heavy objects but my endurance is trash Similar with speed. I could be the fastest alive but if my stamina is where it is now. It won’t mean much overall

Being the fastest person alive will get you better sponsorships.

I’m already pretty fast on my legs, plus having strength is bound to make me just a wee bit faster.

Strength it's not even close. Residual strength lasts longer than residual speed. You can use strength everyday you won't need to sprint pell mell everyday.
