It is truly scary how quickly things have gotten really bleak over there - if I was in a similar position, I'd be trying to find a way out of the place.

remember: if you can't pay off hospital bills, give them just a little bit of money every payment time. (best is $20-$30 on average, but it depends on where you live.) you won't be able to pay it all off, but they'll stop going after you for it, and that helps a lot. as for them being trans, just tell them what you aren't. it's the government, why tell them anything they don't need? i hope this helps for the time being until they're able to leave. take care! <3

As someone who lives in Texas I feel it completely.what makes me mad the most is that this could all have been avoided. It's going to be a hard 4 years.😢

A friend voice actor of mine, @HolidayVA is organising a fundraiser for themselves to be able to leave the US: www.gofundme.com/f/support-hollys-journey-to-healt…
Long story short, tariffs on medication and anti-trans laws recently imposed by the US government threaten to make medication for physical and mental health completely unavailable and could threaten her very life due to kidney problems. If you would like to know more, please check out the video down below for details. Thank you.
