There will be no "Dollars and Sense" video this weekend. We had relatives up here for two weeks plus, many a birthday party happenings with family, and somehow I managed to pick up some nasty strep, sinus, ear and lung crud. Been down for a few days and I think we might be on the mend, Hopefully. With that we know a .25% interest rate will be coming in Sept. It's not a time to be out of the market, but if you see some nice profits (30-40% gains) take a few shares off the table. In the next few weeks you will see Banks, Tech, Real Estate, Auto's, etc. start rising in anticipation of lower rates. Banks and Lending institutions already made a nice jump last week. Be cautious, don't be afraid, just play it smart, with some common sense. This time of the year (Sept) it is very common to see some profit taking (Lower stock prices) from large mutual companies and others selling. Take some profits, and be ready to buy back in later. Stocks go up, and stocks go down.
