The Perfume Guy

I had the great pleasure of meeting legendary perfumer Christopher Sheldrake https://youtu.be/u7o3h0bx8xk for Serge Lutens last March during Paris Perfume Week. And also Veronique Spoturno, whose great-grandfather was Francois Spoturno of Coty. Francois Coty. Christopher has created five new fragrances for the new house, Spoturno, and I had the opportunity to chat with both Christopher and Veronique very late one evening after a long day about the new house and the five fragrances. Please head on over to the video linked here.

I was so happy to see this video. Sheldrake, who i know only a tiny bit about, seems to me to be like what Natalie Lorson is like now... Maybe not a good comparison, but great and affordable formulas. Id like to know more about Sheldrake. Will this niche house charge high prices, like €200 / 60 mL?

Christopher Sheldrake the legend, goodness me! It'd be an honour to meet the guy and shake his hands.

Did you make sure to wear your Paul Sebastian cologne? It gives you that certain "je ne sais quoi" appeal to the French ladies! If not, what was your scent on the day of the interview?
